Philly Delegates Arrive in Rome

Local delegates, including Mayor Michael Nutter, arrived in Rome today, on a mission to convince the Pope to come to Philly during next year’s World Meeting of Families. NBC10’s Jim Rosenfield is in Rome with the latest.
