Philly Controller, Council Call for Tougher Action on Gun Violence

Philadelphia Controller Rebecca Rhynhart and city council members called on Mayor Jim Kenney to deliver a timeline for detailed steps the city will take to control gun violence. It came after the mayor said he would not declare gun violence a citywide emergency. NBC10’s Miguel-Martinez Valle reports.
