Dr. Christopher V. Walcott was found not guilty of all criminal charges made against him as a result of the former patient's allegations.

The female patient told authorities Walcott digitally penetrated her during a massage. No one else was in Walcott’s office at the time of the massage, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

During his trial, a number of Walcott's female patients testified about his character and reputation, according to his attorney, Michael J. Engle.
