Celebration to honor crews who worked 24/7 reopen I-95

On Sunday Gov. Josh Shapiro was in South Philly to personally thank the men and woman who worked 24/7 to get the collapsed portion of I-95 back open. NBC10’s Johnny Archer spoke with some of those workers about how it feels to be a part of history.
