What Sparked the Deadly Playground Shooting

Philadelphia Police Capt. James Clark explains what sparked last Sunday’s deadly playground shooting. Nyeme Taylor, 30, was killed and three children were hurt. Clark says good detective work and tips that came in from the community led them to the suspect, Amir Jamal. The 18-year-old was arrested on Friday morning and charged with Taylor’s murder.
