Philadelphia Woman Arrested for Trying to Join ISIS

Thirty-year-old Keonna Thomas from Philadelphia has been arrested for trying to join the terrorist organization ISIS, according to federal officials. NBC10 investigative reporter Mitch Blacher says Thomas is charged with knowingly trying to provide information to a terrorist organization and trying to travel to Turkey, a known location of ISIS.
