Philadelphia Union Leader John Dougherty Faces New Federal Charges

Powerful Philadelphia electrician’s union leader John “Johnny Doc” Dougherty was arrested on federal intimidation charges Wednesday morning. Dougherty, the leader of IBEW Local 98, and his nephew are both named in a 19-count federal indictment.
