Philadelphia Reopening Shuttered Fire Houses Thanks to New Grant

The city of Philadelphia is expecting to get more than 100 new firefighters and that means the fire department can begin reopening fire companies the South Philly, Center City, Frankford and Roxborough neighborhoods.
