Commissioner Credits Doctors With Saving Philly Officer's Life After Crash

Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer Andy Chan, who was hurt in a terrible motorcycle crash on Thursday night, is in critical condition at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross says the next few days will be critical to Chan’s recovery. Also on Friday, a Philadelphia police recruit was treated at the same hospital after collapsing while training.
