Philadelphia Police Officer Rescues Driver Just Before Flames Engulf Car

A Philadelphia Police officer is being credited with saving a 47-year-old man’s life Wednesday morning when the quick-thinking officer pulled the unconscious man from his car just seconds before the vehicle became completely engulfed in flames. The crash that led to the car burning happened at Broad Street and Wyoming Avenue. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia is on the scene in Nicetown with more details and dramatic eyewitness video.
