Police Investigate Allegations of Child Neglect

Two children are removed from their North Philadelphia home after allegations of malnutrition and neglect. The two children were taken to the hospital suffering from dehydration and bug bites. NBC10’s George Spencer was there as the children’s parents left the Special Victim’s Unit in West Kensington where they underwent questioning.
