Philadelphia Police Increase Presence in Center City for Possible Protests

Dozens of uniformed Philadelphia police officers and bicycle cops were standing in front of City Hall on Friday afternoon to be ready for possible protests. NBC10 reporter Rosemary Connors was nearby.
