Philadelphia Orchestra Arrives in London on Day of Queen's Elizabeth II's Passing

The Philadelphia Orchestra happened to arrive in London Thursday, closing out a major European tour. For CEO and president Matias Tarnopolsky, it’s a hometown return. NBC10’s Frances Wang spoke to him and others who say they can’t remember a time without Queen Elizabeth.
