Philadelphia Leaders Fighting for School Funding

Superintendent William Hite and Mayor Jim Kenney visited James Logan Elementary School in Philadelphia on Tuesday in support of a school funding proposal. It would allow schools to get the funding they need to make necessary upgrades to their buildings but would come at a 1 percent property tax hike.
