Philadelphia Launches City ID Program for the Homeless and Undocumented

Philadelphia has officially launched its PHL City ID photo identification program. The card allows people who may not have any kind of official identification a chance to get one for $10 or less. This will benefit the homeless or undocumented immigrants. People with the card will be able to access some city services more easily.
