Philadelphia Homicide Numbers on the Rise and Setting Records

The number of murders in Philadelphia is on the rise and setting records. Now NBC10 is asking questions. So far this year 333 people have been killed on the streets of Philly. That’s an 11 percent increase from last year and the highest number of murders in more than a decade. NBC10 talked with city leaders about the alarming statistics and what it will take to make the city safer.
