Philadelphia Announces Reopening Plan

On Tuesday, Philadelphia announced it’s plan to loosen covid-19 restrictions and reopen the city. May 21 will see increased event capacities, then the city will fully reopen on June 11. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk gets reactions from city residents.
