Police Video: Shooting 7th and Fairmount

On November 25, 2011, at 7:12pm, the complainant was sitting in his car on the 700 block of Fairmount Avenue, when two unknown males approached his driver’s side window. One of the suspects shot the complainant in the neck, both suspects fled on foot through the 7th Street gate of the Spring Garden homes without taking anything from the complainant. Suspect description: Suspect #1 Black male, mid 20’s, appears to be wearing a blue vest with a red shirt and blue jeans Suspect #2 Black male, mid 20’s, appears to be wearing a blue hoody and brown pants.
