Person of Interest in Custody for Cop Killing

Philadelphia Police took a person of interest into custody Wednesday for the murder of Police Officer Moses Walker, Jr. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero spoke to residents of Bartram Village in Philadelphia, which is where the person of interest allegedly lives.
