Person of interest killed by police after quadruple shooting leaves 3 dead, investigators say

Four people were shot, three of them have died, and the person of interest was killed by police after shooting at them during a traffic stop Monday morning. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has more on what happened.
