Pennsylvania Republicans Ask in Lawsuit if Poll Watchers Can Be from Outside Jurisdictions

A lawsuit has been filed over a contentious issue that has been raised in Harrisburg by one state lawmaker, but will likely not be heard by the full Legislature. The issue is whether poll workers can travel to anywhere in Pennsylvania and work on Election Day.
