Pennsylvania Among Highest in Overdose Deaths, Study Finds

The Commonwealth Fund released its yearly report on health performance in each state. Pennsylvania was among the states with the highest rate of overdose deaths across the country, with Delaware and New Jersey not far behind, the report found.
