Pennsylvania Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon Carjacked in South Philly

Pennsylvania Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon was carjacked at gunpoint in South Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon. State Police later found the stolen vehicle as well as four men and a woman inside of it in Delaware. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia gets reactions from a city councilman as well as a South Philly resident.
