Pickup Strikes Worker Cleaning Up Along Delaware County Road

Police have identified the man struck by a Ford pick-up truck on Route 1 in Middletown, Delaware County as a PennDOT subcontractor. According to police, the man was picking up trash from the roadway when he was struck.

The incident happened in the northbound lanes of Route 1 in Middletown around 9:20 a.m.
