Philadelphia Wins National Competition to Boost STEM Participation

Philadelphia is one of seven cities in a national competition to win a program that encourages youth mentorship in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math. NBC10’s Keith Jones has the story.

A few Pennsylvania cities gained special recognition at this year’s White House Science Fair.

Allentown and Philadelphia also got shout-outs, but for different reasons.
