Amtrak Opens Super-Short Sale on Tickets To & From Philadelphia

For the next three days, Amtrak customers can buy tickets between Philadelphia and New York City for $27.

For travel between the City of Brotherly Love and Boston, tickets are going for as low as $48.

The sale, which expires on Sept. 10, applies to passengers heading along those routes between Oct. 13 and Nov. 5 – just a few weeks after the pope is scheduled to visit Philadelphia.
