Paying to Go: It Costs $1 to Use This NJ Shore Town Boardwalk Toilet

Beachgoers will soon have to pay $1 to use a certain restroom in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. The $1 fee will be used to keep the bathroom clean, but restrooms’ operated by the town will still be free.
