Passengers of Alleged Suicidal Cabbie Speak Out

Cab driver Ian Cox was arrested Tuesday after two of his passengers Jorge Contreras and James Collins say they were scared for their lives. Cox allegedly drove the passengers around recklessly with a gun in his lap threatening to kill them and himself. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg reports.
