Party on the Parkway Draws Half a Million

Philadelphia’s 4th of July Jam drew an estimated 500,000 fans to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway Thursday night. A star-studded concert followed by a fireworks display in the city where America’s independence was born. NBC10’s George Spencer was there for the holiday bash.
