Parole Possibility for Juvenile Lifers

Pennsylvania inmates serving life in prison without parole after convictions as juveniles could be resentenced following a Supreme Court ruling. Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams told NBC10 that “Philadelphia has more more individuals that have to be resentenced than any other city in America.”
