Still Seeking Amnesty for Parking Tickets

People waited all night to be sure they are first in line when the Philadelphia Parking Authority office opens Tuesday morning. People waited for hours Monday before the sheriff’s office started sending them home. Those people were given special slips that you need to have if you intend to have any parking tickets forgiven.
