Parents of Teen Cousins Killed Speak Out

Cousins Ashley Dauber, 13, and Nioami Lazicki, 15 were killed shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday night when they were hit by a car on Bayshore Drive in Green Creek. Police say they have arrested Joshua Malmgren for driving the vehicle that crashed into the teens. Investigators say Malmgren was intoxicated. NBC10’s Jesse Gary spoke to the parents of both of the victims.
