Parents Want Change After Hunting Mishap Killed Their Son

Kenneth Heller was hunting in Nockamixon State Park when prosecutors say he shot and killed 18-year-old Jason Kutt. Kutt’s parents say hunters and members of the public shouldn’t have been allowed in the park at the same time. NBC10’s Steven Fisher reports.
