Parents Face Sentencing for Starving 3-Year-Old Daughter to Death

Parents Carlos Rivera and Carmen Ramirez will be sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to starving their three-year-old daughter to death in 2013. The daughter had been born with a dirorder that left her paritally blind and unable to walk and Ramirez also pleaded guilty to using disability checks for partying and casino trips.
