Parasailing Safety and Lack of Regulation

On Wednesday a woman fell to her death while parasailing because her harness failed. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn went to a popular parasailing spot in Wildwood, N.J. to find out why there is no federal regulation for the sport.
