Northeast Extension Reopens Ahead of Schedule

Crews closed the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension from the Lehigh Valley to the Poconos so workers could replace an old bridge in South Whitehall Township. The construction finished in time for the Monday morning commute.
