The Push for Lessons About Special Needs in Pa. Classrooms

On Monday, Pennsylvania lawmakers will introduce two bills in the House and Senate that would require schools to teach special needs cirriculum. It is all thanks to Nancy Ostroff, who created her own lessons plan for children in kindergarten through third grade.
