Owner: Rescue Group Members Took My Dog

The owner of a 8-year-old Rottweiler says members of several animal rescue groups pretended to be from the SPCA, threatened her and took her dog claiming she was abusing the canine. The SPCA says a Facebook post is to blame. NBC10’s Keith Jones reports.
