Overnight Standoff After Gunman Shoots 3 Wilmington Police Officers

NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports from near 25th and Market streets in Wilmington, Delaware, Thursday morning after a shooter injured three police officers late Wednesday. A shelter-in-place remained in effect hours after the shooting.
