Overcrowding at ACCT Philly leaves the organization with tough decisions in order to make space

ACCT Philly is dealing with overcrowding issues leading to healthy dogs potentially having to be euthanized for space. Now, the organization is asking for help from the community in finding the pups forever homes and temporary fosters. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama reports.
