Law Firm Investigates Former Internal Affairs Inspector

Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey says they have brought in an outside law firm to help complete the investigation of former internal affairs inspector Jerrold Bates. Investigators say Bates is being accused of demanding his former personal assistant have sex with him. NBC10 investigator Harry Hairston reports.
