Residents Upset About Crude Oil Residue

Residents of Paulsboro N.J. aren’t happy with the leftover residue from a recent crude oil spill that happened at the Paulsboro Refinery. Kathy Tinder says, she has crude oil spots on her cars, trees and home. Residents are upset because they said they were told that there would only be an odor from the spill.
