Officials announced they arrested two more suspects in the shooting death of Philadelphia Police Officer Richard Mendez. Officials identified the suspects as Hendrick Peña-Fernández, 21, of Pennsauken, New Jersey, and Alexander Batista-Polanco, 21, of Camden, New Jersey.
