Officer Who Hit Woman Fired, Nutter Apologizes

Mayor Michael Nutter apologized on Thursday to Aida Guzman, who was hit in the face by Philadelphia Police Lt. Jonathan Josey. Commissioner Charles Ramsey says Josey will be fired. NBC10’s Christine Maddela reports.
