Officer's Singing Proposal

Sure, you can get down on one knee and ask someone to marry you. But one local police officer decided to send a singing telegram instead. He videotaped it himself. Vineland Police Officer Mike Fransko says he first proposed to Christina eight years ago, but she needed some time to decide. So he popped the question again on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010 at her workplace, using a singing telegram. This time Christina said yes! We’re hoping they send more video when they tie the knot. Congrats!
