Officer Hit by Bullet, Released From Hospital

Philadelphia Police Officer Jose Roman was hit by a bullet Tuesday night in North Philadelphia. Investigators say the bullet ricocheted and hit his bullet proof vest in his lower back. Officer Roman was released from the hospital Wednesday afternoon. NBC10’s Marisa Brahney reports.
