Officer Fox's K-9's Road to Recovery

Plymouth Township Officer Brad Fox was killed Thursday night while on duty. Officer Fox had just graduated from Philadelphia K-9 school and his partner “Nick ” was also shot at the scene. NBC10 s Vince Lattanzio reports.
