Officer Suspended After Chaotic Arrest Caught on Camera

A Philadelphia police officer is on suspension with the intent to dismiss after police say a video showed the officer grabbing and slamming a man who was handcuffed. Officer James Yeager turned himself in to the Internal Affairs Unit on Friday.
