Officer Shoots Man Inside Port Richmond Home

A traumatic incident happened in a family’s home in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia Wednesday morning. Police said a woman was about to take her 4-year-old granddaughter to school when a man went into her home. An officer then followed behind and shot him.
