Officer Shooting is “A Wake up Call” For Small Towns

The shooting of a Delaware County police officer is a “wake up call” for small towns, the police commissioner said. Residents of Folcroft got that wake up call after being ordered to stay indoors on Friday after officer Chris Dorman was shot in the head, neck, and shoulder behind an apartment complex.
